Design Simple Golf Related Icons in Adobe Illustrator

Design simple icons to represent items in a golf game. Icons should be distinct and meaningful, and instantly recognizable. Two sets of icons are required: (1) various representations of the ball's lie, and (2) representations of the clubs used in golf.
The target icons will appear within button in a user interface. They should be very simple, probably black and white, and will be rendered in relatively small sizes (100 x 100 pixels, for instance).
This work MUST BE DONE IN ILLUSTRATOR, and the resulting .AI files are to be provided as the deliverable.
Set One: Lie (the positioning of a golf ball on a course:

In set two, the icons for Irons, Woods, and Hybrids should be similar. It would be permissible to use Numbers as part of the icon to further aid visual identification.
