Design a Brochure for Manufacturing company

Have already selected the design of a Two-Fold(Horizontally spread) brochure from an online source and need someone to design me a similar one. Only the images and content will be different. There will be 4 handouts as well(with very minimalist design) inside the brochure(there will be a rack where one can remove/keep the handouts) Also, we have to use about 100-150 product images(already cropped and Photoshop done) on these handouts. Content is not huge. Have attached 2 product images to be used.
