Create Hello world project with Adobe Flash Builder using Flex 4.16 and AIR 25

Apache Flex is currently having an issue with their UI downloader which is available here:

And so we are looking for someone that has experience with Apache Flex to do the following:

1. Use the ANT method to download Apache Flex SDK 4.16 and AIR 25

2. create a sample Hello world project and make sure no errors and runs with these versiobs

3. Give us the steps we need to setup so we can grab latest ANT builds from Apache SDK
