As you'll see, this is a complex flash swf file that handles streaming video, chat and other functionality. I do not have the FLA file, and would like to make changes to its appearance without affecting functionality.
Please only bid if you are certain you can successfully decompile in such a way that I can make minor graphic changes and recompile it to work seamlessly.
