build a webservice in asp.net
1. build a webservice under existing sub-domain which accepts only JSON POST with onlky email parameter
2. when the webservice gets a POST it checks if the email is valid
a. if it does NOT valid or missing - prints error and stop
b. if it valid - continue
3. check if the email exist in ONE of the 2 tables;
a. select * from Email_Recipients where Email like @email and Agreement = 0
- if it returns true, add the email address (with user's other details) to a new table:
insert into Renew_Agreement_From_UnSubScrib(Email,RemoteUserID,Sniper_Creation)

,getdate()
from Email_Recipients as a
where Email like @email
and Agreement = 0
update the row:
update a
set [login to view URL] = 1
from Email_Recipients as a

b. select * from UnSubScribers where Email like @email
- if it returns true, add the email address (with user's other details) to a new table:
insert into Renew_Agreement_From_UnSubScrib(Email,RemoteUserID,UnSubScrib_Source,ActionDate,Sniper_Creation)

delete the row:

4. after inserting the new row to Renew_Agreement_From_UnSubScrib, AND updating/delete FROM UnSubScribers, send an email to the POST email address, using that API: [login to view URL]
