App Game for Apple & Android

I Need an app developer for a simple game idea, I had.

Well the basic concept is kinda like twister but with finger, when people place fingers on the screen spots or circles should appear and it should follow peoples fingers.

The circles should start at the centre of the screen and move to the far edges of the screen and contract again. The interface should be modern, simple and look professional! Game can have scores, tips, progress. These are some of the ideas.

I need it published on apple app store and google plus,
