custom ie toolar

I am looking for someone to custom design an internet explorer toolbar for my adult site. It must also work for firefox. Some features may include your basic popup blocker, cache cleaner etc. I will provide urls etc for the search features and other links. Some other features I would like is a way for users to save bookmarks of other adult sites within the toolbar and also when users are on other adult sites, there is a button in the toolbar that will allow them to download the video that they are watching like the [url removed, login to view] toolbar. I would also like some of the features that the [url removed, login to view] toolbar has.
