Coding HTML/CSS from Adobe Illustrator

I need to do a LCD system for a QUEUE system. My design is done in Adobe Illustrator. I need someone to splice the design and write the code in HTML/CSS preferably in divs.

The design should also automatically match these resolutions:

1024 * 768

1152 * 864

1280 * 720

1280 * 768

(it can be just made to work on FireFox 8 and above, no need to use IE).

I also need a moving text for the bottom part of the design, so some javascript/jquery is needed. Basically the entire design will be AJAX powered, so your HTML/CSS code should be 'AJAX ready'.

Please quote what you think is worth for this project. You may quote above my projected budget if you feel a need to.

Attaching your HTML/CSS references will be a plus point in selection of provider.
