I have a first mock up of a owners portal this is essentially a view only portal for clients. The content comes from our on line 'operating' site which the staff use. First stage is to build and launch the Owner Portal. Second stage is an App that can be generated off this owners portal. I need a fixed price AUD and a fixed time line.
