コンテスト概要

We need original and delicate proposals for our logo. It's for a company called Tessitura which is devoted to gourmet tea and blends. What we look for is a beautiful 2D illustration logo either:

1) Containing a woman head seen from a side view with her eyes closed and enjoying her inner experience (as if she was enjoying a nice cup of tea, inspired, or just meditating).

or

2) Containing a woman head seen from a front view with her eyes closed and enjoying her inner experience (as if she was enjoying a nice cup of tea, inspired, or just meditating).

Requirements:

A) It is highly advisable that you get inspiration from typical Art Nouveau women portraits. It is the type of look we expect in the proposal.
B) The illustration must be original (no copies of existing illustrations on the web).
C) The woman we want in the logo is to be associated more with an inmortal figure than with a figure from a specific century. Then, please avoid elements that make the woman appear like an old lady from the last centuries (hats, feathers, etc). Please take a look at the reference images to see the type of female figure we expect.
D) Apart from the woman figure just indicated, there are some text pieces that we need to appear as well (in Spanish):

Tessitura (Tessitura) --- The brand name
Un Té, una pausa (a tea, a break) --- The slogan
Tés de Origen e Infusiones de Fina Selección (Origin Teas and Selected Blends) --- Brand information text

E) The font chosen must be an elegant manuscript one (Apajarita font is a suggestion but not necessarily a must if you find another elegant and readable option).

The positioning of the texts (and lettering) in the logo is up to you...you propose your design. Just integrate the elements in your design as simply, elegantly and originally as you can (no 3d logos please, only 2d).

    Update: Thank you for the designs you have been submitting. There is still two days before the contest ends. For those designers who want to send more proposals, think about this: Imagine a goddess of tea, imagine her origins, imagine her kindness, imagine her powers, imagine her mission, imagine the relationship between her and nature, imagine her aspect. That will be our winner design: a lucid vision of that goddess of tea put into an elegant 2d illustration (you define if over-complicated or not. We prefer not overcomplicated...but elegant, please! plus the text, of course).

    Thank you all for the proposals submitted. We can not leave a comment one by one, but the best rated so far are designs that address our requirements in a more complete way. There is certainly work behind the other proposals, but maybe they do not have the type of illustration we are looking for (Art Nouveau style). Theres is still time !     Good question! We have thought of black, yellow or some golden options. The logo will be printed on a white background, so a bit of color will outstand against such white background. There are some values we want to communicate: elegance and simplicity. Feel free to propose according to those values.
