Blurb: This book has been written to provide information to men and women about the pelvic floor and issues that can arise from having a weak or damaged pelvic floor such as incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse. This book also provides information to women about diastasis of rectus abdominis muscles (DRAM or just abdominal separation); a condition that commonly affects pregnant women.
We cover lots of different topics from pelvic floor anatomy, muscles and functions to the signs and symptoms of pelvic organ prolapse and so much more…
