In the existing logo the words should be shortened, out should "Hausverwaltung" and "Rudolf" and "Petra".

Possibly only W & K or WK in the future in the logo.

the color orange can be omitted or remain discreet.
blue would be nice, but a darker shade

Important would be a recognition effect of the previous logo for customers.
