コンテスト概要

I have a very quick and simple task. The two attachments are graphics that I require, both in high definition formats. The first graphic needs to have the title under or above the logo; TACTICAL LAW ENFORCEMENT COMBATIVES AND DEFENSIVE TACTICS USE OF FORCE MODEL, or alternatively written around the outside of the circle. I also forgot to add a section, which need inserted between the green and yellow boxes called TACTICAL DISENGAGEMENT.
The second graphic is simular, but needs to have the heading STRATEGIC TACTICAL COMBATIVES ACADEMY CIVILIAN USE OF FORCE MODEL.
