コンテスト概要

This contest is to design a one page A4 flyer, suitable for electronic distribution AND printed (high quality gloss/matte paper), for my business concept Xcite Coffee. It is a drive thru coffee shop, with a focus on high quality coffee.

The flyer will be sent to shopping centre owners so that they will hopefully lease me a location in the carpark.

Logo/Name is already designed and attached, use any/all as you wish. Colour scheme is BLACK and WHITE with ORANGE (F79805) as accent. The flyer should not have other colours, but may use shades of these colours. See attached example of powerpoint slide to see how colour scheme can be used. I do NOT like brown, please avoid use of brown shades.

Layout is flexible, propose a layout. You may edit the words if you like. Use the attached 3D render image in the flyer for the submission - it should be quite large as this is the main display of the concept. I have excluded the real 3D render and some of the details for privacy - I will request contest winner to update pictures and details with real ones during handover. You may also use other photos suitable to the concept if you wish (note, any coffee cups should be takeaway cups only).

File should be .svg (preferred) or similar (.ai). Fonts to be provided at handover. Opportunities may exist for further work and revisions in the future.

  Does PSD file have editable text? If so, that is okay, I can probably open with GIMP as I do not have photoshop

Working on, One Question, That 3D Render Image has Two Sides, One is Long Rectangle and another one is Short Rectangle on Left Side, So As A4 Size could only fit in Left Side Rectangle so What should I Do for Right Side long one?

  Sorry for the confusion! This is not a contest for the architectural design. I made the white squares to remove details as I don't want anyone to copy the design.
  
  The image should be used as part of the A4 summary/infographic/flyer/brochure. The "contents" should be put into the A4 as the text.
