コンテスト概要

The project consists in the creation of a packaging design for an innovative security camera.

The packaging must contain attractive visual information for the buyers that transmits in a graphic way the qualities of the product, a design that stands out in the shelves of the supermarkets. The objective is to create an innovative, colorful, technological and elegant design that is in accordance with the characteristics of the product.

The size of the box should not be less than the attached open box, however it can be larger to make it more attractive and have more space to create a design, worthy of a high-tech product.

Through this product the user can have control of what happens at home despite the distance, you can record what happened, interact with people who appear in the video through the audio function, etc. This camera, in addition to preventing theft and being an effective security tool, it allows the user to manage and control everything from his cell phone so he can have peace of mind of what happens in his home while he is away, all within reach of the palm of his hand.

The design must be sober so that the information is clear and does not overwhelm the client with data, everything must be transmitted through diagrams, pictograms, drawings and other visual signs. Avoid long text, and color blocking. Use color combination wisely according to the product (innovation, technology, security, etc)

We want to think a little outside the box to create this box, not going into the traditional security cameras packaging design, although it should still be clear what the box is about, and which product we are selling.

  I´m getting the photos and more information from the factory tomorrow and I´ll upload it. There is no facebook nor website because I don´t work for the security camera company I work for the trading company who is gonna commercialize the product. The design has no color or font restriction, but ir should follow the concepts stated in the brief.
