Hi all,

I recently had a logo made but i'm not entirely happy with the final result (had some communication problems with the freelancer). I like the overall style but I don't like how it doesn't suggest carpentry graphically in any way so I'm thinking i'd like one of the strokes in the 'x' to look like a nail (or screw, plank of wood, hammer etc. but i' m thinking a nail would be most suitable). I've uploaded the freelancer's original design and also an attempt I did which should at least illustrate to you what i'd like. I was almost happy with my design but i don't have the ability to make the nail look 3D / more realistic.
