I am looking for a freelancer to help me find the correct UK car registration number for identification purposes.

There has been a little car accident and witness couldn't recall the correct UK car registration number.

He remembered something like : YD77 YSS
There is no such a reg number connected to any car based on DVLA system

The task would be to substitute / change letters numbers on this reg number until you can find a colour white panel VAN.
