I am looking to get a PDF file made from a picture of a blueprint. Some specifics of this project include:

- The new PDF should exactly replicate the blueprint. This means every detail is essential and cannot be overlooked or misinterpreted.

- The level of detail expected is high, with all elements visible and clearly defined.

- I will require a final product in PDF format. Anything other than this will not be accepted.

The ideal freelancer for this job would possess, most significantly, attention to detail. Also, having experience in graphic design, specifically in blueprint or schematic reproduction.

Hi,
Freelancer.com is a total scam now. They scam nearly scam 1572 USD of my earnings. Which I earn by providing my services. My account was verified and I completed each of my projects with 100%. But when I made a withdrawal request they closed my account and didn't give my earnings. They do the same scam with lot's of other.
