We are after a logo and the typeface for a new startup. The main focus area for the company will be Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity. The logo should be:
Requirements:
1. The logo needs to be Fresh, Funky, Modern, Versatile, Innovative and Businesslike
2. The logo needs to be unique and not a copy of any other logo, as we do not want to have any legal issues
3. It needs to land well to a BLACK and WHITE and COLOUR, as it may be used in various media
4. Colours are open to choose but should reflect TRUST, RELIABILITY, EXPERTISE, INNOVATION
5. The design needs to be a blend of the Logo and Company Name, as these will be used together but should be able to be used independently once the company is established
6. Brief Description of work covered:
a. Collecting, analysing and reporting on Business Continuity (BC) position of the company
b. Collecting, analysing and reporting on Disaster Recovery position of the company
c. Reporting will be a blend of descriptive and graphical
d. BC is an abbreviation of Business Continuity Framework
e. 360 is a representation of full service (full circle)
f. It is not necessary to have a circle as the part of the logo
7. We would require the winning designer to provide the design with its Source files in PSD, AI and JPG
8. Please submit logo’s in a 2D flat on not sideways and with premade templates
9. Please make sure the submitted entries are not in any way copies or look like Office 365 logo’s
10. The winning entries would be required to submit a Logo and Company Name applied, in order to be used for Website, Letterhead, Business Card, Email signature and Social Media.
11. If there is more then one design that is chosen, we will be potentially buying both.
