Illustrator needed who has experience creating caricatures to create a single person shouting with text bubble

please view attached images.
the caricature is of my father. needs to be in a mechanics overall with our company logo on as attached pointing to the right (as viewed) and shouting "put your tools back!"

please submit entries of the actual character not examples

the size of this needs to be 4600 x 2000mm high
