I would like to hire an Excel Expert

I had very explicit instructions on what needed to be done to complete the project. Rather than following ALL the instructions he updated the project in two parts; which was incomplete. He was well over his timeline and I decided to pay rather than continue to waste my time with the project any further. I'm certain this individual knows how to do the work, but isn't very thorough.

I hired him for a project about which he said he was 100% sure. Wasted 10 days of mine without doing any work. Didnt show me anything in 10 days. Took upfront payment from me by saying that he dont have money in his account to accept the project. He daily told me that he is going yo show me work today today but that today nevee came. I kept waiting for 10 days. Then he started ignoring me. He told me that 70% job is done but in truth mot even 0% was done. One of the worse experience and freelancer ever. He put me in big trouble. I would ask all employers to stay away from him. WORSE EXPERIENCE !!!
