This devise was designed and fabricated for solid tire industry. The company named Loadstar and they export solid tires for Europe. both the tire and the rim need to be painted and only the tire need to be removed after the painting job. while the tire is being removed the rim need to be fix at the station. So this devise was designed to hold the rim.
