I am an experienced software professional working as an independent consultant with a focus on software testing I have previously worked at all levels of the testing role hierarchy (Test Engineer, Sr. Test Engineer). I have helped companies start with, and improve, automated web testing using Selenium web driver. I do this through mentoring, consultancy or training and have used JAVA. I given online training courses for Web Driver and Technical Web Testing.I don't limit myself to automation, I also help with Agile.I understand how to architect systems, I need to understand this so that I can pull them apart and test them effectively.I like to work hands on, when I mentor and coach the team members I can see what they are good at, what gaps they have, and we can work together to increase their testing skills.
