Currently managing a team of 14 associates within a contact centre in the Insurance Domain. My basic job is to get the desired output from associates within the SLA defined by clients. I have to drive Agile culture within the team and the process as a whole. I have to identify the development areas, do a root cause analysis, find a solution and complete it as a project. I have take a lot of meetings with the clients, managers and the associates for various reasons like weekly and monthly review meetings with client, daily stand up meetings with associates to discuss performance and ambiguity if any, meetings for downloading updates, sharing feedbacks etc., Besides I have prepare a lot of reports using Word, Excel, PDF, PP etc. Lastly I have manage the entire floor of 50 associates as and when required and my job profile requires a very high People Management skill which I always showcase.
