I own an independent call center and hotel and marketing consultant. Leads generation with experience in customer service, 14 years with telemarketing agents (English-Spanish) for telemarketing and 13 years managing hotels and hostels in Latin America. In my 14 years with bilingual telemarketing agents, I review the areas of billing, technical support and customer retention for international digital services companies. I also serve as a mentor and administrator with a group of 400 people in charge, evaluating and creating performance reports, ensuring the high quality of the service offered by the agents.
