15+ years of rich experience in SQL/Database design, development, performance analysis and optimization and administration in various database platforms such as MS SQL server, MySQL, Sybase Adaptive server enterprise(ASE). I have been freelancing as database consultant for the past 5 years, out of which 4 years worked as database consultant for an European based large business/people directory cum lead generation portal company. overall IT industry experience is 20+ years. Experience includes working in US for 6 years for HP and Sybase. other experiences include IT solutions for a heavy engineering manufacturing company in India and variety of projects in IT consulting services company. I also have experience of working with software product companies and setting up of offshore development centers. My experience covers almost all aspects software development.
