As a seasoned Technical Support/ Customer Service representative, my experience would make me a fit candidate to provide you with anything you need in suitable job description. I've been working as a TSR/CSR for almost six years. I've been with telco, web hosting, Internet service provider and healthcare field. From taking inbound/outbound calls, replying email, assisting as a chat support and everything in between. I am so excited to be working as a virtual assistant and rest assured that I will be eager to learn and willing to be trained.
