Head of legal, human capital and admin. department, member of the BOD. Lead the team of 10 persons in charge for the project of the reorganization of the bank that included: change of the bank’s name, seat, shareholders structure, implementation of the new policies and procedures, employees restructuring, reporting to the Central Bank, SEC and Tax Authority, compliance of the bank’s affaires with relevant regulation. Drafted and review all contracts of the bank, labor agreements, loan agreements, bank guaranties, cooperation agreements, land/assets sale/purchase agreements, etc…, oversight of the contracts fulfillment.
