I am a very dedicated and hard working individual which is open to learn new things that will basically enhances my skills in my chosen field. I am flexible with my time and can work under pressure. I've been working as a call center agent for more that 5 years which specializes both Technical and Customer Support for customer and became one of the Escalation Agents that handles Supervisory calls or escalated calls. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education and have been working for more than 10 years now which I believe my experiences will help me adjust and grow with whatever work given.
