Graph Correction
See the SAMPLE CURVE first. The trend of each curve would be some initial slope and gradual increase. After reaching some Y value, the graph would reach plateau. Now see 3 mM tab. You will see two graphs. Focus on the right one first. Your job is to make this graph smooth looking as you saw in SAMPLE CURVE tab. To do this, start manipulating the data in the spreadsheet. Don't change the decimal digits. Just the digits before the decimals. I mean for example if you see 11.3456, you can make it 12.3456 or 10.3456 to fit the trend. Another thing to remember, the initial slope of the curve should be the same throughout. You can see two graphs on the tab, right? Remember the initial slope (up to x=400) should be around 0.040 as shown on the left graph. So, your job is to provide a smooth graph having initial slope of 0.040for this spread sheet. The Y values would get plateau after Y=118 in this case. Always remember these should be curves. If you see any straight line graph
