After a great start, this project stalled.

I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE HIRING JON. Having got off to a relatively good start with regards to communication and work ethic, it didn't take long for Jon to go AWOL. I have not been able to get a response from him for coming up to 2 months now (3 months total since I paid him, which was supposed to take "3-4 days maximum"). I now have a half completed project, with half the source code and have since paid another developer to rebuild the entire code. Thus wasting the last 3 months. It's a massive shame because he initially came across as a genuine guy... and I'm sure he is, but he's left my high and dry and perhaps this (Freelancing) is not his calling. My opinion? I will not hire Jon again. And I wish I could go back 3 months and hire someone else... Sorry Jon, but you really need to up your professionalism and level of communication.

Very professional and technical developer. He understands project requirements quickly and delivers the project on time. I would definitely be working with him again! .....
