If you're looking for someone smarter than you, someone able to get inside your head and know exactly what you want (even when you don't know what it is) and someone reliable and who goes way above board, Jim is your man! He is phenomenal. I'm embarrassed to try to write something about him because it will be so plain and he's so eloquent that it will look like "nothing" compared to his writing. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Everyone out there should work with him.
