Trained as Actuary, moved into mobile Telecommunications 20 years ago. Vastly experienced in all elements of mobile operations, operators, MVNO's, SP's, Dealers etc. Written many RFP, technical specs, tender bids etc etc Put myself on here as I am now semi-retired and looking for thinks to do like business plans, consulting work, advise etc. I also create websites for friends and a few small businesses.
