I am new to Freelancer.com but an experienced freelancer. I have over 20 years of experience in the field of ICT working with governments and private sector companies around the world. I am very experienced in a wide variety of software packages including Spreadsheets, Database, Word Processing, and various Accounting Packages. I owned a Training company with a staff of 10 and taught many of the above software. In addition i am a photographer and i use various graphics editing applications such as Photoshop and Gimp to retouch my own photographs for resale or those of my clients.
