Relationships, relationships, relationships. Its all about relationships. Initiating, building and sustaining relationships. In fact all our lives, work and home, revolve around relationships. I have spent more than 20 years learning about such relationships while designing user journeys from concept and design to build and beyond. Managing small and large projects, working with brands and marketing, stakeholders, project managers, design agencies and outsourcing partners. I have been involved at all levels of business and functional analysis, planning, design and implementation, IA, research, Interface & visual design, content strategy and development. I have worked on responsive and mobile designs to desktop applications and devices. B2B and B2C markets, Improving process flows, usability research, interface designs, content and strategy for high volume transactional journeys, applications, portals, corporate and public sector portals. My MBA has provided me with an in-depth business and marketing insight necessary to understand business and brand requirements. I have managed UX design & development and with the business insight I can bridge the gap between the business and the user. Over the years and having worked with some high profile brands I have gained some valuable branding experience. I’ve had the pleasure of working with some respectable names like British Airways, Lexis Nexis, DLG (RBS Insurance), Orange, Best Buy, Firmstep, CSMA Club and the University of Birmingham. Doing the hard work to make user's journey simple is the guiding principle. The passion to do the best and the drive to take on challenges is what keeps me going.
