Ali is an amazing consultant and programmer. He knew what customer want. although what we required earlier on Whatsapp feature is not achieved. but that is technologically impossible for the business model for only provide one way notification. Hence that is not entirely his fault. He will never overcommit but to show us the finding of the technology what can be achieved instead of developing somehting that is technology unavailable for now. He is still in touch with us. just to ensure what we do are consistently apply on his tools.
