As a Team Leader at Teletech handling a team is my passion. I love coaching, guiding and seeing them grow too from their humble beginnings. I'm always a believer of self-motivation and as a mentor it’s a fulfillment if I saw people embed that on their mindset. Currently, I am being given a new role as an Embedding Lead for a new project. Data analysis, action planning and management with Leaders is now part of my daily rhythm. Though I am on a management role now, speaking directly and taking escalation calls is part of my job description too. The satisfaction of resolving their issue is absolutely rewarding the same thing when I deal and interacts with our clients too, i always believe that both must be center of what we do. I am trying this journey (freelancing / home based job) only as a part time job. I would like to explore what I could do more and with my experiences I am positive that i could be a significant contributor to those who'll match my skills and abilities.
