I have been in the BPO industry (Australia, UK and USA accounts) since 2004 and I am confident that I have learned a lot from the training, seminars and the actual work experiences. I have also taught ESL (English as a Second Language) to Koreans for some time. However, I am always open for new things as I am trainable and resourceful. I am also a stickler for accuracy.
