I would not work with this freelancer again -- a 3-day project took over two weeks, and they had a very difficult time understanding requirements. I took a chance on this newcomer, and it was a mistake. My advice is to AVOID. Find someone with a better track record. I ended up paying this freelancer because I didn't want to bother with a dispute, but for 55 USD it was worth washing my hands of them, and using the small amount of work they did complete satisfactorily. 80% of this work remains unfinished, and it was a complete waste of time and resources. Use somebody else!
