I would need to know the volume of data. Is a million rows, 10 million? What is the source database software and the target database software, (looks like MYSQL) the operating systems of both, and is it a one-time effort or does it need to be a repeatable process. What type of business is this? I would probably bid the higher end, my rate for this would be $75 hourly. It could be quick or it could take some time, depending on the nature of the data, the "cleanliness" of it, the ability to understand the data and define relationships for the target rows. I have many years doing this kind of work in MSSQLServer.
