My first process was Premier payroll where we used to process salaries of US employees. We had two kinds of companies_.Quickpay which were smaller companies and Custom pay which were bigger companies.
We were also dealing with their taxes., filling up their forms
Processing their bonuses etc
Second process was a semitechnical process named Quickbooks.That was an Accounting software. We were dealing with inventories, assets ,liabilities,incomes ,capitals,expenditures,credits,deposits,banking finance,sales tax.reconciliation of accounts,making checks deposits,transferring funds online,ATM preferences,setting codes,credit card charged,sales tax etc.
Also worked for a Mortgage Banking Process which lead to selling of loans in secondary Marketigng and servicing of loans
