Hi, I am interested in getting a job for Telemarketing/ Outbound Sales. I have 7 years background Telemarketing Sales Experience B2B/B2C. Have gone through Gatekeepers when it comes to Business Leads. Have encountered and dealt with Knee-Jerk Objections in the onset of the call, the customer says "Im not interested". Have been with 5 different campaigns from Selling Insurance to Selling Multivitamins to selling Digital Marketing Services, to selling Stocks in Foreign Exchange and Selling Telecommunications Plan (AT&T).
I've handled Online Pharmacy where we sell viagra male enhancer over the phone, also digital marketing services which I've already sold as a closer a $10,000 1 call sale. The said company where raided because of not contributing tax properly, and labor issues. I've been a publishing consultant with Author Solutions where we sell Publishing Marketing Products. For the past 2 years with them, I've always hit my monthly quota of $5,000 per month. My most recent work experience is with BandF contact center solutions where I helped clients look for contact centers who can provide them agents for their products/services. I've been with the company for 2 years and 7 months.
Why do I make a better Salesperson than the other applicants?
Learning the ins and outs of Telemarketing world helped me achieved my targets assigned by my client/manager/business owner. Starting from the right mindset, positive "can do" attitude, and being laser focused on your goals/key deliverable to being dominant in handling the call, having the right tone of voice, correct body language, the right enthusiasm, actively listening and the ability to acknowledge the customer and transition back to the process are some of the basics needed for being the best salesperson. Salesmanship is the ability to impart ideas to the other person that the product/services will work.
