I am currently looking for opportunities to make use of my experience in customer services. Over the last few years, I’ve gained a lot of experience working in Customer Care. This entailed dealing with customers on a one to one basis over the telephone, by email, chat, discussion boards and more. I have gained experience in several departments such as admin, social media, web content, web moderator, floor-worker as well as first line agent. I am used to working towards targets and thrive on doing the best job I can. I am very reliable, hardworking and always give 100%. Professional Development Currently I am following a computing course with The Home Learning College. This consists of regular assignments that I have achieved good results in. Once I have completed this course I will have gained a qualification in COMPTIA A+/Desktop Technician. Having lived in multiple countries, I am able to speak English, French, Creole and basic knowledge of the Dutch language.
