Thoroughly dissatisfied! Sushil finished the first half, got paid, and then made empty promises for 4 months. Empty promises and zero delivery on the 2nds half. No explanation. I even offered to pay him for his partially completed work. I had the Freelancer staff write to him and tell him this. He didn't even bother to respond to them. I am angry and very dissatisfied. I will not use him again as a coder. He kept me from finishing my project far too long.
