Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) is the control technique used for the controlling bottom hole pressure in the presence of Heave disturbance. The objective are to ascertain the down hole pressure environment limit and to manage the annular hydraulic pressure profile accordingly. The proposed Controllers Adaptive and Integral Back stepping is more effective in term of heave disturbance suppression, vanished pressure oscillations completely. It also has ability to deals with time-varying system parameters.

Hepatitis C is the liver disease which is caused by Hepatitis C Virus (HCV). It can lead to the serious health problem like liver cancer. Nonlinear mathematical dynamical of HCV having three state variables (uninfected Hepatocytes, infected Hepatocytes and virions) and two control inputs has been taken into account. One control input represent peg-IFN-alpha which acts as blocking of virions and second one is ribavirin which reduces infected Hepatocytes. In this research work, we have proposed three nonlinear controllers based on Lyapunov control theory; Lyapunov Redesign Controller, Synergetic Controller and Fuzzy Logic Based Controller (FLBC) for the blockage and reduction of virions and infected Hepatocytes by forcing them to track their reference value which is zero through injecting antiviral drugs. By doing so, uninfected Hepatocytes increase and achieve maximum steady state value. Lyapunov stability analysis has been used to prove the asymptotic stability of the whole system. Bot
