Ramkumar has worked for me on delivering some technical documents on SAP system. His technical writing skills were excellent and responded on time when I had queries. He used to submit my work earlier than the deadline. He is active by phone as well as by email. His communication skills were good and I had no difficulty in explaining my work that needs to be completed by him. He is active in terms of collecting base documents for the required documentation and would guide you throughout the project. He also gave me a good understanding of the document by passing his knowledge. Sometimes I had to call him during late night for inquiries and he will never mind answering my calls to explain my inquiries. He is knowledgeable, hard working, interactive, completes your work before the given deadline, and has good communication skills. Most importantly he works for reasonable price and can only make payment when you are completely satisfied which is assured. I like to work with him and will keep rehiring for my future work.
