Wordpress Ecommerce with External Checkout Redirect

I am looking for a proficient Wordpress developer who can effectively set up my eCommerce store so that customers can add products to cart and, from within the cart page itself (before proceeding to the checkout page), be redirected to another eCommerce website's checkout. After payment, they should land back on our site.
To further highlight, here's what I precisely need:
- Cloak site A to payment gateway by showing site B checkout with site B products
- Configure a redirect process to Wordpress checkout from the cart page itself.
- Seamless re-navigation back to our store after payment.
The candidate must possess the following skills and experience:
- Expert knowledge and extensive experience with Wordpress.
- Profound understanding of WooCommerce plugin, as this is our selected WordPress e-commerce plugin.
- Experience in integrating eCommerce checkout redirects.
- Knowledge of good SEO practices to ensure a well-optimized site.
