I need my website re-configured. MY BUDGET IS 600/-

I want to verify user's email address in registration form BEFORE adding him to wordpress user's list. If he didnt verify the email, I dont want to see him in wordpress users list.

my website is wordpress based, theme "classipress",

I wud like to hire only those coders who have worked on this theme.

(1) show me ur fix on ur own domain. I dont want to give u mu cpanel,website or any other username and password. becuase a coder named "softwarelabz" took my money without fixing my issue. I gave him my freelancer user id and password for some milestone payment editing, he misuse it and paid milestone without completing the job.

(2) if you dont have classipress theme, then i can clone my website to my 2nd domain. u can fix it on 2nd domain, and you agree that after fixing you will tell me the modification so that i can do it myself on my original website to check.
