Move a Website from one VPS to Another includes a Domain name change

Just need someone to move a migrate a wordpress site from a VPS to a new VPS.
New CPANEL already setup, I tried to move it but im having too many issues as I haven't moved a site with a domain change before, so you have to change the domain in wordpress and in the database etc.
Also make sure the DNS is all set up correctly in the new VPS.
I need this done today, so please only apply if you can work on this immediately.
