We have an existing website and we know how to work with WP, but we want to have a custom template that meets are needs. The frame-work and Flow Chart already exists. We're not looking to have an entire site built, just the building blocks. We can take over once the template is in place. Candidate should be able to illustrate existing skills, and have the ability to collaborate on the effort.
